BAK KUT TEH! (Malaysian food) direct translation >> MEAT BONE TEA ^^

Ingredients
  • A Packet of ready mixed Bak Kut Teh
  • 4 whole garlic (just peel off some skin)
  • 5 table spoons of light Soya sauce
  • 3 table spoons of thick Soya sauce
  • 1kg of pork (can be mix like ribs and belly)
  • 3 super hot chillies
  • Salt
  • 1 table spoons of Oyster sauce
  • Pepper (depend on you)
  • Pork Bones
  • Water (depend on how much soup you want)
Procedures
  1. Boil water in a big pot.
  2. When is boiled, put the packet (bak kut teh), garlic , bones, light & thick soya sauces, salt and oyster sauce
  3. Simmer(means cook slowly with low-heat) at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
  4. During the simmer, put some salt. (taste until you satisfied)
  5. 1 hour before serve, put in the pork and simmer again. (Pork cannot cook together because it will become too soft)
  6. Add in pepper. (Be careful not too much! It will ruin the soup)
  7. Serve with white rice and CHILLIES with soya sauce.

Soya Sauce & Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 x Chicken Wings (depend on how much you want to eat)
  • 3 x tabls Soya sauce
  • 4 x tabls Honey
  • 2 x tabls Oil (or butter is okay)

Procedure
  1. Wash and rinse the chicken wings
  2. Marinate the wings with soya sauce and honey for one whole day
  3. Heat up the pan with oil with medium-low heat (let the meat cook)
  4. Pan fry each side of the wings for 4 to 6 minutes
  5. Increase the heat to medium-high for 2 minutes
  6. Remove from the pan and put in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  7. DONE
