Worse thing i ever done in my life...

After some drinking....what will happen? I really dont like it....when people get drunk, people start to do something....But what i did is something very very wrong!!!!!!!!!!

I really scared.....i dont know how to face it now....Help me...OMG....OMG....

Spegetti Bolognaise Serve 1

Ingredients
1/2 Onion
4 cloves Garlic
1 Tomato
3 tablespoons Tomato paste
100g Minced beef
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil

Procedures
Prepare pasta as usual
Sauce
  1. Defrost minced meat
  2. season with pepper, salt and olive oil
  3. dice garlic and onion
  4. Use boiled water to pour on tomato (remove skin)
  5. Dice tomato
  6. Use medium high heat for pan fry the sauce
  7. Add in onion and garlic
  8. Follow by dice tomato
  9. Minced beef add in
  10. Add in tomato paste and simmer for 5 minutes
  11. serve when hot

Pan fry Basa Fillet with mushroom sour cream sauce

Ingredient
  • Basa Fillet or Salmon
  • Spegetti (any type you prefer)
  • Olive Oil
  • Mushroom
  • Sour Cream
  • Lemon skin
  • Lemon Juice
Procedure
  1. Boil the water then add in some olive oil
  2. Pour pasta into the pot, cook for 12 to 15 minutes
  3. Prepare mushroom, lemon skin while cooking the pasta.
  4. Cut lemon skin into small piece.
  5. Marinade the Basa fillet with lemon juice and some lemon skin.
  6. Add in salt and pepper as well with Basa fillet
  7. Heat up the pan, pour some olive oil on the pan. Add in Basa Fillet (be careful, oil splash)
  8. Pan fry each side for 3 minutes
  9. Add in sour cream and mushroom into the pan.
  10. Squish half lemon juice into the pan.
  11. Drain the pasta, serve the Basa fillet and the sauce on top of drained pasta.
  12. DONE!

BAK KUT TEH! (Malaysian food) direct translation >> MEAT BONE TEA ^^

Ingredients
  • A Packet of ready mixed Bak Kut Teh
  • 4 whole garlic (just peel off some skin)
  • 5 table spoons of light Soya sauce
  • 3 table spoons of thick Soya sauce
  • 1kg of pork (can be mix like ribs and belly)
  • 3 super hot chillies
  • Salt
  • 1 table spoons of Oyster sauce
  • Pepper (depend on you)
  • Pork Bones
  • Water (depend on how much soup you want)
Procedures
  1. Boil water in a big pot.
  2. When is boiled, put the packet (bak kut teh), garlic , bones, light & thick soya sauces, salt and oyster sauce
  3. Simmer(means cook slowly with low-heat) at least 1 hour. The longer the better.
  4. During the simmer, put some salt. (taste until you satisfied)
  5. 1 hour before serve, put in the pork and simmer again. (Pork cannot cook together because it will become too soft)
  6. Add in pepper. (Be careful not too much! It will ruin the soup)
  7. Serve with white rice and CHILLIES with soya sauce.

Soya Sauce & Honey Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 3 x Chicken Wings (depend on how much you want to eat)
  • 3 x tabls Soya sauce
  • 4 x tabls Honey
  • 2 x tabls Oil (or butter is okay)

Procedure
  1. Wash and rinse the chicken wings
  2. Marinate the wings with soya sauce and honey for one whole day
  3. Heat up the pan with oil with medium-low heat (let the meat cook)
  4. Pan fry each side of the wings for 4 to 6 minutes
  5. Increase the heat to medium-high for 2 minutes
  6. Remove from the pan and put in the microwave for 4 minutes.
  7. DONE
IT LOOKS LIKE THIS WHEN IS DONE...

CURRY FISH

Ingredient

Coconut Milk (Unshaken)
Curry Paste (THAI OR MALAYSIAN)
Mint Leaf
Lime Leaf
Basil Leaf
Fish (or other meat or chicken is fine as well)
Long bean
Fried
Tofu
Fish sauce
Sugar

Procedure
  • Put the curry paste in a pan and add in top layer of coconut milk (Cracking)
  • Add in Fish and the rest of coconut milk into it and cook well until the fish is cook.
  • Simmer with medium-low heat for 5 minute after the coconut milk boiled.
  • Add in 3 teaspoons of sugar and 1.5 tablespoons of fish sauce then simmer for another 5 minute
  • Stir in Lime , Basil, and Mint leaves into it and cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve with rice and some chili with soya sauce.

Creamy Twist Pasta with shrimp

Ingredient
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • 400g of shrimp (cooked) and marinate with 1/4 lemon juice
  • Twisted Pasta
  • 1 clove of Garlic (cut small)
  • 1/4 of red and yellow capsicum (cut cube)
  • 1 teaspoon of baby caper (looks like small olive) , rinsed and drained
  • 3 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon lemon skin and 1/2 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of parsley (fined cut)
  • 3 teaspoon of house white wine
Way to cook
  • Cook the pasta with salted water and some olive oil in the water
  • meanwhile, heat up the pan with medium heat and olive oil
  • Put the capsicum into the pan then cook until soft, then follow by garlic and baby caper
  • Shrimp add in and some salt
  • Sour cream add into the pan and stir well
  • While heating up, pasta drain when cooked then mix well with lemon skin and parsley
  • At last, add some white wine to the sauce and serve with pasta on top
This time is good, if you want some flavor you can sprinkle some black pepper on it
