Ingredient
- 2 tea spoons olive oil
- 2 red and 1 yellow capsicum
- 1 clove of Garlic
- 1 table spoon of baby capers, rinse and drain
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup of risoni pasta
- half cup of parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon skin
- pork loin chops
Way to cook
- Fry the capsicum till soft then add garlic and baby capers.
- Add tomato into the mixture then 1/2 cup of water as well.
- Boil it then change from high heat to low heat. SIMMER for 10 minute
- meanwhile cook the pasta with salt water. When is cook, drained then add parsley and lemon skin into the pasta and mix well.
- Heat the remaining pan oil and add pork chop then fry 3 to 5 minute each side then done.
- Serve pasta then chop then sauces...DONE!
When the first time i cook it, i fail...i did several wrong stuff
- Put too much water
- Too much pasta
- not enough salt
- Poor time management too.
