(Malaysian food) direct translation &gt;&gt; MEAT BONE TEA ^^</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-size:130%;" &gt;Ingredients&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;A Packet of ready mixed Bak Kut Teh &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 whole garlic (just peel off some skin)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 table spoons of light Soya sauce&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 table spoons of thick Soya sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1kg of pork (can be mix like ribs and belly)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 super hot chillies&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Salt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 table spoons of Oyster sauce&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pepper (depend on you)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pork Bones&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Water (depend on how much soup you want)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;font-size:130%;" &gt;Procedures&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Boil water in a big pot.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;When is boiled, put the packet (bak kut teh), garlic , bones, light &amp;amp; thick soya sauces, salt and oyster sauce&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Simmer(means cook slowly with low-heat) at least 1 hour. SIMMER for 10 minute&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;meanwhile cook the pasta with salt water.
